Job Description:
Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, wreaths, centerpieces, and decorative displays.
Arrange flowers for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, and other occasions.
Advise customers on flower selection, arrangements, and care instructions.
Receive, inspect, and condition fresh flowers and plants.
Maintain flower freshness through proper storage, watering, and handling techniques.
Ensure floral displays are attractive, clean, and well-stocked.
Process customer orders, including custom floral arrangements.
Prepare flowers for delivery and coordinate with delivery personnel.
Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, containers, ribbons, and floral supplies.
Order and replenish stock as required.
Operate POS systems and process customer payments, where applicable.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Assist with seasonal promotions and visual merchandising.
