Job Description:

  • Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, wreaths, centerpieces, and decorative displays.
  • Arrange flowers for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, and other occasions.
  • Advise customers on flower selection, arrangements, and care instructions.
  • Receive, inspect, and condition fresh flowers and plants.
  • Maintain flower freshness through proper storage, watering, and handling techniques.
  • Ensure floral displays are attractive, clean, and well-stocked.
  • Process customer orders, including custom floral arrangements.
  • Prepare flowers for delivery and coordinate with delivery personnel.
  • Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, containers, ribbons, and floral supplies.
  • Order and replenish stock as required.
  • Operate POS systems and process customer payments, where applicable.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with seasonal promotions and visual merchandising.
