Procurement Officer – F&B Industry

• Source and procure food, beverages, and related supplies based on operational needs

• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize supplier agreements

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to avoid shortages

• Ensure all procured items meet quality, hygiene, and regulatory standards

• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

• Evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Proven experience in procurement within the F&B, catering, hospitality, or food production industry

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

• Good understanding of food safety and quality standards

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
