Job Description:
Register and process Non-Motor claims (Property, Marine, Liability, Engineering, Misc.).
Verify documents, coverage, terms, and exclusions.
Conduct initial assessments and prepare files for senior review.
Coordinate with surveyors, adjusters, service providers, and internal teams.
Follow up with clients and brokers for required documents.
Assist in liability evaluation, loss reserving, and settlement recommendations.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and system updates.
Support recovery/subrogation and ensure SLA, regulatory, and procedural compliance.
Prepare MIS reports and contribute to process improvements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or related field; ACII/FCII preferred.
2–3 years’ experience in Non-Motor General Claims within an insurance company.
Strong knowledge of policy wordings, claims processes, UAE regulations, and market practices.
Proficient in MS Office and claims management systems.
Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
Arabic & English fluency required.
Experience in Property, Engineering, Marine, or Liability claims.
Team player, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
