Technical Manager (Arabic)

Product Development: Support the creation and enhancement of general insurance products through market research, actuarial pricing, reserving, and profitability assessments.
Portfolio Management: Monitor and analyze portfolio performance to ensure healthy growth, recommending adjustments to pricing or coverage to maintain optimal loss ratios.
Technical Underwriting & Actuarial Analysis
Risk Evaluation: Assess complex commercial and general insurance proposals using statistical data, claims history, and actuarial insights to determine risk levels, coverage terms, and appropriate premium rates.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure underwriting practices, policies, and products comply with regulatory bodies.
Broker Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong broker partnerships by offering technical expertise, product updates, and strategic support to drive business growth.
Negotiation: Negotiate policy terms, pricing, and conditions with brokers and clients within delegated authority limits.

Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Business, or Finance or equivalent field.
ACII
Experience: A minimum of 10–15 years of experience in general insurance, specifically in underwriting, actuarial, or technical roles within a brokerage or insurance company.
Background: Strong knowledge of general, motor, and commercial lines insurance.
Actuarial/Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data, understanding reserving, solvency requirements, and risk-based capital.
Marketing/Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive growth through broker channels, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
