Job Description:

Leakage Control & Technical Audits: Review survey reports, repair assessments, and invoices to prevent overpayment on repair costs, parts, and labor.
Subrogation & Recoveries: Aggressively manage third-party recoveries and "salvage" (sale of wrecks) processes within set KPIs.
Fraud Detection: Analyze claims to identify suspicious patterns, utilizing AI tools and forensic investigations to minimize fraudulent payouts.
Vendor Management: Negotiate with workshops, panel garages, and assessors to optimize service delivery and lower average claim costs.
Reserving Accuracy: Ensure accurate and timely claim reserving to prevent unexpected, large-scale financial impacts on the company's balance sheet.
Sales & Customer Retention (Increasing Profitability)
Exceptional Customer Experience: Drive high-quality, fast, and fair claim handling to turn a negative event (accident) into a positive brand interaction, fostering high customer retention.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or equivalent field.
ACII/FCII
Experience: 15 years in motor claims handling, with experience in managing a team.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of motor liability, bodily injury (BI) assessments, and vehicle repairs.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in claims management software.
