Human Resources Officer (Onshore based)

Source, organize, confirm, and record all training activities, including Lizzy-based and external trainings.
Complete and file training feedback forms for record keeping.
Extract reports from Lizzy for compliance reporting (Legal) and update the monthly HR dashboard.
Update cost follow-up tables and provide accurate inputs to dashboards.
Manage technical issues within the Lizzy system.
Maintain and track training certificates for all employees.
Monitor and report average training hours for  reporting.
Implement Individual Training Plans (ITPs) campaigns in coordination with the Talent Development team.
Consolidate training needs and execute validated ITPs for all employees.
Ensure external staff registration on Lizzy and manage compliance training enrollments.
Track implementation and report statistics for HQ-specific training programs.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required, HR certification a plus.
Skilled in HRIS (Avature, Lizzy, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and Microsoft Office; knowledge of compliance reporting and data management.
Understanding of local labour laws/HR practices; open to occasional travel and events
HR experience needed, especially in talent development, onboarding, training, or HRIS; multinational/matrix background preferred.
