Job Description:
•
Source and procure food and beverage products in line with operational requirements
•
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers
•
Maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate performance
•
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to prevent shortages
•
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
•
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Job Requirements:
•
Proven experience as a Buyer within the F&B, hospitality, catering, or food production industry
•
Strong knowledge of food products, suppliers, and market trends
•
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
•
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
