Exceptional Financial Acumen and deep understanding of insurance accounting principles and reserving practices.

Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements and international financial standards.

Excellent Strategic Thinking and analytical skills. High level of Integrity and Ethics.

Outstanding Leadership and Communication skills, able to present complex financial data clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in modern financial management systems and ERP/financial reporting software.

متطلبات الوظيفة:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Globally recognized professional qualification is mandatory, such as: CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.

Understanding of CBUAE insurance regulations and market dynamics is desired

Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role (CFO, Group 

Finance Director) within the Insurance or Financial Services industry.

Demonstrated success in strategic planning, capital management, and leading large finance teams.

Age less than 45, Arabic Speaker with excellent English communication skills
