Underwrite complex insurance risks in line with company guidelines, underwriting authority, and regulatory 
requirements.

Analyze financials, loss histories, and risk data to determine appropriate coverage, pricing, and terms while ensuring 
portfolio profitability.
Review and approve junior underwriters’ work, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
Manage broker and client relationships, negotiating terms and pricing in line with the company’s risk appetite.
Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and prepare underwriting reports and 
referrals for management.

Bachelor Degree in Insurance, Commerce, Finance or a related field is required
2-3 years of Experience in related field
Ability to adapt in the company environment.
