Job Description:

Process sales and purchase orders accurately and on time, ensuring alignment with customer and internal requirements.
Arrange and track inbound and outbound shipments, following up with freight forwarders, transporters, and suppliers.
Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including delivery notes, packing lists, invoices, and import/export paperwork.
Support customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations.
Maintain logistics records, shipment tracking, and inventory data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision).
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, procurement, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues.
Assist in inventory coordination to ensure accurate stock movement and availability.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in all logistics activities.
Prepare basic logistics reports and provide operational updates to the Logistics Team Leader.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes

Job Requirements:

Non Indians preferred
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain coordination role.
Experience in the UAE logistics environment (Abu Dhabi or Dubai preferred).
Working knowledge of UAE import/export regulations, customs procedures, and freight operations.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision) or similar ERP systems.
Effective communication skills to liaise with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams.
