Conduct on-site food safety, quality, HSE, and supplier audits (including halal compliance)
Plan, schedule, and manage audit activities and site visits
Investigate food safety, quality complaints, and HSE incidents
Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
Report audit findings and compliance status to management

Minimum 3 years of food safety auditing experience

Degree in Food Safety, Food Science, Environmental Health, or related field (or relevant certification)

Strong auditing, analytical, and communication skills

Excellent knowledge of food safety standards

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
