Supervising the operational and administrative processes of the heavy and light equipment company (civil and military) to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives.
Develop business plans and increase market share through innovation and effective marketing strategies.
Manage technical and operational teams to ensure the highest quality and maintenance standards.
Negotiate with suppliers and clients to secure contracts and enhance revenues.
Develop risk management strategies and ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
Prepare and analyse financial reports to ensure operational and financial efficiency.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to the heavy equipment industry.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in managing heavy and light equipment in the civil and military sectors.
Extensive knowledge of maintenance, supply chain, operations, and fleet management.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
Fluency in Arabic and English, with experience in local and international markets.
