  • Develop and implement the Group’s financial strategies to ensure profitability, growth, and long-term financial sustainability.
  • Lead capital-raising initiatives, including equity, debt, and hybrid financing, to support business expansion and strategic projects.
  • Design and oversee financial structuring frameworks to achieve efficient capital allocation, leverage optimization, and balanced liquidity management.
  • Conduct investment analysis and due diligence to evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and portfolio diversification opportunities.
  • Manage financial risk exposures, including market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks, by developing and implementing robust mitigation strategies.
  • Supervise the preparation of consolidated financial statements, forecasts, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead budget planning, cost control, and cash flow management processes to ensure operational and financial efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with IFRS accounting standards, UAE tax laws, and other applicable local and international regulations.
  • Oversee internal and external audit operations, ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and reliability of financial records.
  • Provide strategic financial advisory to senior management and the Board of Directors to guide corporate growth, investment direction, and business transformation.
  • Develop and implement the group's financial strategies to ensure profitability, growth, and long-term financial sustainability.

  • Oversee financial structuring to ensure efficient capital allocation and optimal financial balance.
  • Conduct investment analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and maximize financial returns.
  • Supervise the preparation of financial reports and conduct in-depth studies to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop budget plans and oversee cash flow management to ensure operational efficiency.

متطلبات الوظيفة:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) are an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in multi-sector environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic financial decisions.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
