الوصف الوظيفي:
Develop and implement the Group’s financial strategies to ensure profitability, growth, and long-term financial sustainability.
Lead capital-raising initiatives, including equity, debt, and hybrid financing, to support business expansion and strategic projects.
Design and oversee financial structuring frameworks to achieve efficient capital allocation, leverage optimization, and balanced liquidity management.
Conduct investment analysis and due diligence to evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and portfolio diversification opportunities.
Manage financial risk exposures, including market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks, by developing and implementing robust mitigation strategies.
Supervise the preparation of consolidated financial statements, forecasts, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
Lead budget planning, cost control, and cash flow management processes to ensure operational and financial efficiency.
Ensure full compliance with IFRS accounting standards, UAE tax laws, and other applicable local and international regulations.
Oversee internal and external audit operations, ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and reliability of financial records.
Provide strategic financial advisory to senior management and the Board of Directors to guide corporate growth, investment direction, and business transformation.
Develop and implement the group's financial strategies to ensure profitability, growth, and long-term financial sustainability.
Lead capital-raising initiatives, including equity and debt financing, to support business expansion.
Oversee financial structuring to ensure efficient capital allocation and optimal financial balance.
Conduct investment analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and maximize financial returns.
Supervise the preparation of financial reports and conduct in-depth studies to support strategic decision-making.
Develop budget plans and oversee cash flow management to ensure operational efficiency.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) are an added advantage.
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in multi-sector environments.
Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and financial systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic financial decisions.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
