Job Description:
Developing and implementing the group's strategic plans to achieve sustainable growth and expand across various business sectors.
Preparing and executing the group's annual budget, leading operations, and overseeing financial and operational performance across all departments to ensure objectives are met in accordance with the highest standards.
Develop strategic relationships with partners, investors, and clients to strengthen the group’s market position.
Improve the organizational structure and enhance internal systems to increase operational efficiency
Analyse financial and operational reports to ensure continuous development and the achievement of strategic goals.
Lead executive teams and develop innovative strategies to enhance performance, innovation, and competitiveness.
Ensure full compliance with local and international laws and regulations relevant to the group's activities.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly preferred.
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in multi-sector environments.
Proven experience in capital raising, investment structuring, and financial modelling.
Strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards and financial systems.
Excellent analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
