Improve and frequently update all relevant hardware, software, methods and modes implemented in the

Train and educate employees across all locations to improve IT efficiency.

Create and maintain backups, emergency management, internal management systems to avoid

redundancies & loss..

Improve overall network security and structure.

Monitor, maintain, configure, report on all operating systems on site across various locations

Onboard new employees and offload exiting employees through management procedure and ensure asset

management.

Work alongside various departments that require IT related support, feedback and management.

 Resolve time sensitive issues reducing company wide outages to maintain integrity and manage database.
