Job Description:

The Technical Maintenance Officer assists the Soft Facilites Management Unit Head by ensuring the development and implementation of effective day-to-day general services operations of the Louvre Abu Dhabi, with the supervision of the Facilities Management contractor.
  • Contributes to the satisfactory operations of administrative services (reprography, mail, messenger, archives, furniture, store), moving & handling services, reception and cleaning;
  • Executes and oversees the implementation of department policies, procedures, controls, and management covering all areas of general services;
  • Executes operational management and implements planning of staff and contractors;
  • Motivates employees and informs what is expected of them;
  • Monitors the performance quality indicators and adapts general services accordingly;
  • Participates in determination and control of general services budget;

Job Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate Degree (First cycle, Bachelor) in related field
Preferred Experience:
  • 0-2 years experience in a technical maintenance service or engineering (UAE)
  • 3 years experience in a technical maintenance service or engineering (EXPAT)
