الوصف الوظيفي:

  • Grow the number of B2B accounts locally and world-wide across the different segments: Hotels, DMCs, Cruise, Corporate Clients etc..
  • Establishing performance goals for the accounts, monitor performance, calculate commission, report on a continual basis
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with internal & external key stakeholders to ensure optimal service offerings & delivery across all touch-points
  • Analyze & evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs & its results
  • Develop relationships and partnership with the existing accounts and develop a feedback mechanism to ensure quality & satisfaction with the existing offerings
  • Recommend development, design and calculation of attractive offers for the different segments to B2B Manager
  • Organize information and coordinate the creationg suitable marketing packs describing the range of products and services offered by the Louvre Abu Dhabi
  • Identify new channels to expand the B2B segment and develop new relationships with key players in the region and target source markets

متطلبات الوظيفة:

  • Have worked for a travel agent, tour operator, DMC, OTA and / or hotel
  • Have established network in the industry
  • Sales Track-record in the field of Travel/Tourism
  • Understanding of museum seasonality, need periods and periods of high demand
  • Literate with writing, negotiating proposal and contracts
  • Proficiency and strong knowledge in Excel
  • Able to work alone and within a team
  • Motivator, self-starter and a team-builder
  • Excellent command of Arabic/English & preferably French
