Job Description:

  • Gather business requirements, perform GAP Analysis, evaluate and select IT solutions, present the proposal to management for approval & funding
  •  
  • Acquire and implement external or third-party business solutions
  • Design, develop, test, train, document and deploy custom developed applications
  • Provide maintenance and end user support for existing solutions
  • Manage new business solutions implementation projects
  • Monitor applications usage and perform continuous fine tuning & improvements
  • Contribute to IT Strategy Formulation & Execution, Technology & Business Solutions Road Map Planning (Short & Long Term)
  • Contribute responsibly to manage SLAs & KPIs
  • Directs and Supervises the activities of Information Systems Analysts
  • Provide functional specifications to Programmers for custom developments
  • Get End User Testing & Acceptance and Business Stakeholders buy-in for deployment
  • Prepare training materials and Deliver User Training
  • Transfer knowledge to IS Analysts and Super Users
  • Support professional development and Integration of UAE National Employees

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in implementing/supporting SAP FICO Modules (General ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Asset, Travel Management, Funds Management, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders)
  • Minimum 2 full life cycle SAP FICO Implementation as Project Lead
  • Strong SAP FICO Integration knowledge with MM, SD, HR, PM & PS Modules
  • Expert level knowledge of SAP FICO Modules Configuration
  • Strong Leadership, project management and inter-personal skills
  • Credible experience in managing business relationships (Employees, Management, Vendors & Customers)
  • Experience in HANA Migration & S/4 Simple Finance & Business Planning Implementations would be plus
